![]() ![]() The Warrior and Family Support Center at the Brook Army Medical Center supports military members and their extended family by providing emotional support, answers to questions and extends their rehabilitation away from the hospital. So, celebrate Valentine’s day New Orleans style and enjoy an evening of night of foot stomping, food, fun and prizes. Topping off the night will be homemade Bread Pudding with a Bourbon Cream Sauce and King Cake. Four food stations will have Louisiana Gumbo, Catfish Poor Boy Sandwiches, Italian Beef and Cheese Muffulettas and Fried Shrimp with Red Beans and Rice. ![]() The planned menu features New Orleans favorites prepared by Chef Eric Huvar and Len Brinkman. This year the big changes will make Mardi Gras Casino Night appealing to even non-gamblers with live music and dance melodies that will appeal to all. Guests can play the night away and win big with the possibility of winning a stay in New Orleans with dinner as well as other prizes. This will be a night of New Orleans style food, dance & gaming. Mary’s Catholic Church on Februfrom 6:30 – 11:00PM. This year the event will feature a Mardi Gras theme: Rattle Your Dice & Let the Good Times Roll! The celebration will be held on Fat Saturday at The Center at St. The Knights of Columbus 4th Degree announce their 9th annual Casino Night to benefit the Warrior and Family Support Center at the Brook Army Medical Center. ![]()
